GM Properties is a long-established family-run business which undertakes lettings of properties entirely from its own portfolio. This brings considerable benefits as we are the owners and the landlord of the properties, so there is no third-party to deal with. We were established over 30 years ago and have been building / refurbishing high quality properties designed to meet the needs of the rental market.
